To start off we would like to introduce you to the expert team behind the physical construction: Black Interior. Black Interior are a well regarded construction company that work across New Zealand. Following the strip out of levels 1-3, this is what they have and will be working on;

• Electrical Isolations and removal of light fittings in lobby
• Site establishment and Delap report
• Floor Grinding completed
• Steel stud load in
• Wall set out L1 and framing underway
• Sprinkler pipe and fittings load in to L2 & L3

- Material load in
- Frame steel stud partitions L1
- Setout and begin framing L2
- Start first fix of sprinklers L3
- Set out core holes for drainage
- Removal of old A/C units
